Sam Gainsborough

Listed second in Campaign magazine's Top Ten Directors, Sam Gainsborough is a multi-award-winning filmmaker whose work spans collaborations with Apple, the BBC, The Tate, Co-op and some of the biggest brands in the world. He even guest-directed stop-motion sequences for Becky & Joe’s Channel 4 series Don't Hug Me I'm Scared. Across mediums and techniques, Sam creates visually enchanting and conceptually rich films, balancing poignant emotion with charm and humour. A true mixed-media artist, he is a distinctive and imaginative storyteller.
